Here is a #antioxidantrich tambuli recipe

Grind lemongrass, 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds, 1 green Chili with 3 to 4 tbsp freshly grated coconut in a mixer grinder by adding some water. Strain the grounded mix into a bowl. Add whisked curd/buttermilk and salt to it. Mix well. Season it with mustard seeds, curry leaves, urad dal and red Chili tempered in oil. That’s it! Lemongrass tambuli is ready to be served with rice or just as a side drink!
